We strive to make our process after your initial contact as effortless for you as possible. We prepare a customized speaker proposal in line with your meeting objectives, budget and desired speaker profile. Once a speaker has been selected, we verify your event itinerary and relevant details by sending you an Offer Sheet. After receiving back the signed Offer Sheet we are able to present a Firm Offer to the speaker for their consideration. After addressing questions or concerns regarding the offer, the speaker is able to accept the Firm Offer. We then issue a contract and invoice for the event. We handle all ancillary details related to the speaker, travel, lodging, and logistics. Get back to doing your job and the things you love. We look forward to working with you!

Our varied talent allows you to customize your cost. We offer speaker’s with fees from $2,500 to more than $100,000 per event. Name recognition, demand for the speaker’s services, presentation length and other consideration all contribute to the amount a speaker commands per appearance.

Speaker’s air travel, ground transportation, accommodations, meals and incidental, necessary equipment are all outlined and included in our contract. All communications, business details, coordination, schedules, itineraries are ours to handle.

Yes, speaker of varying degrees of notoriety, including “celebrity” speakers, best-selling authors, popular media personalities, world leaders, Hollywood actors and actresses are available through our network of contact with other agencies. We can help you book any speaker who pique’s your interest, on the rare occasion we are unable to directly book a speaker, we would be able to provide the appropriate contact.
