Ron Steptoe is a trailblazing entrepreneur whose career reflects an unwavering dedication to national service and advancing health equity for veterans and military communities. An 8th-generation military veteran and graduate of the prestigious United States Military Academy at West Point, Ron’s family legacy of service dates back to the Revolutionary and Civil Wars. This deep-rooted heritage, combined with his own military and professional experiences, inspired him to lead a movement toward achieving health equity for the underserved Warrior Community—veterans, service members, and their families.

Co-founding Warrior Centric Health alongside Dr. Evelyn Lewis, Ron pioneered the nation’s first healthcare company focused on empowering medical institutions to deliver effective population health management for this often-overlooked population. As a service-disabled veteran himself, Ron’s vision bridges the gap in healthcare outcomes between the general population and those who have served the nation.

With nearly 30 years of operational, marketing, and management experience in healthcare advocacy and public relations, Ron is a Certified Medical Representative and an expert in navigating both government and private healthcare systems. His leadership at Pfizer, where he created the industry-leading multicultural and emerging markets business model, is testament to his expertise in health systems science and population health. He led advocacy initiatives that shaped Pfizer’s national multicultural marketing strategy, leaving a lasting impact on healthcare outreach across the U.S.

Under Ron’s leadership, Warrior Centric Health has developed an innovative platform that equips healthcare facilities to deliver top-tier care to the Warrior Community. The Warrior Centric Health (WCH)® platform merges population health management, accredited e-learning, data science, and community outreach into a comprehensive enterprise-grade solution, resulting in a strong return on investment for healthcare providers.
