Jamie Jackson is a nationally recognized leader advancing solutions at the intersection of public policy, health equity,  economic opportunity, and community transformation. A Colorado State Representative, nonprofit executive, and  entrepreneur, Jackson has spent her career helping people rebuild their lives, strengthening communities, and  advancing policies that expand opportunity and dignity. 

Jackson serves in the Colorado General Assembly representing House District 41, where she is known as a pragmatic  problem solver focused on delivering measurable results. Her legislative and community leadership work spans  healthcare access, behavioral health and substance use recovery, workforce equity, re-entry and justice system reform,  and financial protections for older adults. 

Before entering public office, Jackson held senior leadership roles in mission-driven organizations working to improve  outcomes for vulnerable populations. She previously served as Chief Operating Officer of both the Naloxone Project, a  national nonprofit focused on overdose prevention and public health response, and the Colorado Children’s Campaign, a  leading policy and advocacy organization advancing the well-being of children and families

As a speaker, Jackson brings a rare combination of lived experience, executive leadership, and legislative insight. Her  talks provide practical frameworks for navigating complexity, building trust, and designing systems that deliver real  results. Jackson holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Management and was  named one of Colorado’s Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Business.
